My app isn’t syncing to my mattress

After downloading the AHB Sleep Tracker App, you should be able to connect to your smart mattress immediately through Bluetooth. If you are having trouble connecting your app to your mattress, here are a few steps you can try to resolve the connection issue: 

  • Make sure your Bluetooth connectivity is switched on.
  • Check the mattress connections are plugged in and the power is on.
  • Check the App or Google Play store for the latest version of AHB Sleep Tracker App.
  • Try turning the mattress and your smartphone off for one minute and try to sync again.
